**Pay rate**: $653.17 p/d + super

**Key accountabilities**
- Assist Program and Project Managers with procurement activities.
- Draft Briefing Notes on behalf of the Program and Project Managers.
- Support financial management of Projects; raising purchase orders, invoice payments, updating budget forecast and actuals.
- Provide program and project support as well as coordination of associated activities.
- Maintain register of compliance with endorsed project management methodology or other organisational policies for audit purposes.
- Ensure key documentation for audit are stored in our content management system TRIM.
- Coordinate and provide clear communications with key stakeholders including vendors.
- Scheduling of meetings, workshops and assist with minutes and distribution of agenda and other material as required.

**Skills and experience**
- Government Experience.
- Excellent writing skills - will be responsible for authoring and quality control of briefing notes.
- Finance experience - including advanced excel skills - receiving and reconciling month-end financial transaction reports. Updating forecasts in excel and Smartsheet.
