About the role

At Lite n’ Easy we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. We are currently seeking a dedicated Training and Compliance Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our staff are well-trained, and our operations adhere to industry standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs and resources within the organization, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures, current laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate training compliance audits and inspections.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for staff members.
- Manage and maintain records of all training and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training.
- Prepare and present reports on training and compliance status to senior management.
- Travel to our Adelaide site to conduct training

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2+years’ experience in Training and Compliance or a related field.
- Certificate IV in Training and assessment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
