**The Role: Production and Procurement Officer**

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Production and Procurement Officer to oversee and coordinate our production processes and manage procurement activities. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards. You will work closely with our sales team, supervisors, and tradespeople to streamline processes and optimise efficiency.

Your ability to manage scheduling, procurement, and project workflows will be crucial in ensuring that our workshop operates smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in a similar setting, and is eager to contribute to our growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of production jobs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Coordinate with sales teams and supervisors to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.
- Implement and maintain best practices in production and procurement to optimise workflow and resource utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all production processes.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in a production and procurement role, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively with teams and manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
- A commitment to upholding high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
