**About the role**

We are currently looking for a Legal Technology Consultant, an exciting and newly created role that will operate within our recently established Legal Operations team.

The Legal Operations team drives process improvement across our practice teams and continues to evolve the way we deliver legal services to our clients. As a Legal Technology Consultant, you will work with all practice groups to identify pain points, design and implement solutions, and drive adoption.

This role will also work with our national Dispute Resolution & Litigation lawyers to provide best practice litigation support processes.

We work in a hybrid way at Maddocks, with part of our week in the office, and also have wider flexible working arrangements, whether that's hours, place of work or the leave you take. We welcome the opportunity to talk to you about working flexibly.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant university degree (or equivalent experience in a commercial context). You will have a minimum of 3 years professional services experience, with solid experience in litigation support (Relativity experience preferred).

You will also demonstrate the following:

- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Natural desire to learn and develop new skills
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Ability to independently prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of the end to end product development lifecycle
- Commercially savvy with an understanding of the law firm business model.
