**About the Role**

**The role of the HSEQ Systems Manager encompasses the responsibility of ensuring adherence to regulations and facilitating enhancements to BildGroup's Integrated Management System and operational workflows.**

**This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing, directing, documenting, and enhancing our health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems, as well as our internal risk management protocols. Additionally, it involves managing and maintenance of our FSC (Federal Safety Criteria) and ISO certifications.**

**The position located in Campbellfield / VIC and reporting to the Head of HSESQ, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee the upkeep of the Integrated Management System - **FSC**, **ISO** 9001, 14001, and 45001, encompassing policies, strategies, procedures, training, execution, surveillance, and reporting.**:

- **Maintain and oversee the **Federal Safety Accreditation** for the business.**:

- **Review current HSEQ standards within the organisation and develop an in-depth understanding of current HSEQ performance strengths and weaknesses.**:

- **Implement the HSEQ strategy to focus on lifting the organisation’s HSEQ culture and performance through a process of Continual Improvement.**:

- **Conduct internal audits and facilitate third-party audit processes.**

**If you have;**
- **Minimum five year’s extensive operational experience in a similar ISO /Quality Management HSEQ leadership role**:

- **Proven engagement within a nationwide construction enterprise, including knowledge with major contractor and subcontractor operations, validation, and verification standards.**:

- **Proficiency in Australian Regulations, Standards, Construction Codes**:

- **Certification in quality control/auditing (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, OFSC) is a definite advantage.**:

- **Excellent communication skills, as well as great time management and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Proficient in MS Office & Share Point.**
