Are you passionate about real estate and dedicated to delivering top-tier property management services? We are seeking a motivated, organised, and experienced **Property Manager** to join our growing team in Sydney CBD.

We are a leading property management firm with a reputation for excellence in managing premium residential properties. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants, while maintaining the highest standards in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tenant Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service.
- **Marketing and Advertising**: Coordinate effective property marketing campaigns, including presentation, photography, and online advertising.
- **Lease Management**: Manage the end-to-end leasing process - conduct inspections, screen applicants, and prepare lease agreements.
- **Routine Inspections & Maintenance**: Carry out routine property inspections, report on conditions, and oversee maintenance and repair work.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth portfolio operations.
- Previous experience in residential property management is essential & preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports colleagues
- A valid NSW Certificate of Registration, or Real Estate Class 1 or Class 2 License
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Company car is provided for travels outside of CBD area
- Availability to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights
