Position Summary Mandatory Skills - ITIL knowledge - Project management (PMP or PRINCE) Roles And Responsibilities - Strong understanding of the healthcare clinical domain knowledge in IT. - Lead the delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio ensuring they meet quality time and budget constraints. Oversee the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction. - Provide guidance and support to project managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. - Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met. - Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards in all project activities. - Facilitate effective communication between team members stakeholders and clients. - Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports on project status to senior management. - Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. - Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team performance. - Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. - Ensure that all project documentation is accurate up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties. Qualifications & Certifications: - Master of Engineering (Control Systems) Salary Range: >$100,000 Date of Posting: 22nd of April 2025
