Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our Chullora Tip Top Team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing activities on our muffins line ensuring that our products are made within specification in a safe, efficient manner utilising optimal levels of human resource and materials, and minimising waste.
Purpose of the Role
- Manage clear expectations for the team, provide appropriate resources and tools to get the job done, along with high support and high challenge
- Consistently provide open and honest, candid feedback ‘in the moment', recognising people for doing great work, and addressing performance issues early
- Identify and actively promote continuous improvement to product, processes and systems within any facet of the work environment
- Collaborate with the supply, maintenance, and planning teams to improve productivity and make necessary amendments to the production plan
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment that does not tolerate unsafe behaviour or acts
- Ensure food safety, legality and quality requirements are adhered to
- Support change and foster an environment where change is embraced

About You
- FMCG/food manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to identify a way forward when presented with issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
