About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage, control and run all aspects of the day-to-day process of a yeast production plant and effluent treatment plant (ETP) at our Camellia site. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your current skillset and build a career in a stable food manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Lead, train, and supervise a team of production and ETP operators with a hands-on approach, ensuring quality and safety is top priority
- Document and implement standard operating procedures and continuous improvements
- Manage daily production line performance using HACCP and GMP principles and drive best practice process control within our plant
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to rectify and fix breakdowns and process issues in effluent treatment plant and production
- Ensure the production plant and effluent treatment process is managed in line with our standards
- Oversee roster management and address any absences
- Collate and analyse plant performance data, and implement processes to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness

About you
- Previous experience in production management in the food manufacturing industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a large team
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining quality excellence, food safety and hygiene standards
- Proactive and eager to drive change and continuous improvement
