**About the Role**:
We're on the lookout for a Program Manager who is well-versed in Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks, particularly SAFe.
- Oversee end-to-end program management for software delivery - from initiating program planning and release creation in collaboration with product managers, scrum masters, and other stakeholders, to defining release content and managing key project variables.
- Plan, organize, lead, and manage the release management process from investment decision to completion.
- Lead programs with a focus on satisfying and cultivating trust with both internal and external customers.
- Handle escalation management for projects facing significant issues or deviations, driving recovery plans and actions.
- Guide Agile release trains from inception through to the continuous improvement phase, adhering to SAFe guidelines and adapting them as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Program Manager within the telecommunications domain.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple software development projects or projects within a program involving cross-functional teams.
- Strong diplomatic, negotiating, and influential skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams across complex organizational structures and working with multicultural and multifunctional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making skills.
- Full working rights in Australia.
