**Your new role**
As an Operations Officer and reporting into the Team Leader your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Processing of security variations including partial discharge and substitution of security
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and performing administrative and settlement duties as required
- Answer account enquiries in relation to loan products and customer requests
- Implementing process improvement practices and analysis as required
- Mitigating risk and ensuring all compliance procedures are as per lending industry regulations and policies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working knowledge of mortgage products
- Previous experience working in a high volume processing environment
- Possesses a high level of attention to detail
