**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Facilitate Invoice Finance transactions relevant to customer requirements, reviewing and monitoring all relevant information
- Balance/reconcile customers end of month ledger to bank records
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to our customers, responding to queries
- Meet daily service level agreements and KPI’s Assist in delivering customer and process improvement initiatives**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Knowledge of products is advantageous i.e., cash flow solution (Invoice Finance)
- High attention to detail
- Sound decision making and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ideally a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Accounting
