Building Completion Manager

About the role:
Lendlease Building currently has a unique opportunity for a Building Completion Manager to join our team in Victoria to help ensure compliance with the completion requirements for the head contract, over the next two years on the $1.1 billion Frankston Hospital Redevelopment project.
Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager you will work closely with the project team, to undertake all analysis, planning, process establishment and reporting of the following activities:
- Undertake high level completion planning- Validation processes development and oversight - including permits and approvals- Building works completion including defects and outstanding works process development and reporting- Documentation requirements including as built drawings, warranties, asset register- Individual, integrated and operational testing and commissioning test development and implementation- FFE transition including all Clinical cleaning requirements- Transition period planning and management- Refurbishment works preventative and reactive maintenance planning
To be successful you will need:
- Extensive experience on large scale complex projects- PPP experience preferred but not required- Effective verbal and written communication skills will be essential as you will be liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups- Strong commercial acumen- Flexible approach and ability to think outside of the box
