We’re looking for an **experienced and passionate Gelato & Dessert Maker** to join our growing hospitality group.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands the balance of tradition and innovation, and wants to contribute to a team dedicated to quality and consistency across our venues.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the **daily production of gelato, sorbets, and desserts** for multiple venues.
- Maintain consistency and excellence in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Develop and refine recipes in line with seasonal produce and brand direction.
- Manage production schedules and stock control efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the broader kitchen and pastry teams to align on product offerings.

**About You**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in gelato or dessert production (hospitality background preferred).
- Deep understanding of **gelato balancing, recipe formulation, and ingredient science**.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for **artisanal production** and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain one.
