We're looking for an experienced and passionate Gelato & Dessert Maker to join our growing hospitality group.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands the balance of tradition and innovation, and wants to contribute to a team dedicated to quality and consistency across our venues.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of all gelato and desserts within our group — ensuring each product reflects the artisanal quality and attention to detail our brand is known for. You'll oversee the full production cycle, from recipe development and ingredient preparation to final presentation and delivery across our venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily production of gelato, sorbets, and desserts for multiple venues.
  • Maintain consistency and excellence in flavor, texture, and presentation.
  • Develop and refine recipes in line with seasonal produce and brand direction.
  • Manage production schedules and stock control efficiently.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the broader kitchen and pastry teams to align on product offerings.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in gelato or dessert production (hospitality background preferred).
  • Deep understanding of gelato balancing, recipe formulation, and ingredient science.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A passion for artisanal production and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain one.
