The impact you'll have:

Our head office branch is busier than ever, and we've got a great growth role in administration and strata administration. As a Receptionist & Administration Assistant (Strata Records), you'll combine customer care and data accuracy, greet visitors, answering calls, and keeping ownership and contact records up to date. It's a great first step for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised, and learning in a professional work environment.

What you'll do

  • Welcome visitors and clients, answer phones, and manage reception enquiries.
  • Keep the front desk and meeting rooms organised and presentable.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and document scanning.
  • Enter and update contact details and ownership records (training provided).
  • Prepare and issue standard letters, forms, and welcome packs.
  • Apply privacy and data procedures accurately.
  • Support the team with general administration and file management.

  • Friendly, professional communication. In person, by phone, and by email.
  • Confidence using computers (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude toward customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn strata systems and terminology.
  • Genuine interest in developing an administrative career.
