**Company Description**

Nudie Glow is one of Australia’s leading K-beauty retailers, with a mission to make everyone feel confident in their own skin. We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, organised and highly detail focused **Operations & Administration Assistant** to join our small team.

**About the role**
This full-time role based in Melbourne will provide critical support to our growing business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and administrative processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing of goods from our suppliers, inventory management, maintaining accurate records within our systems as well as performing other operational duties.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Purchase order processing - manage all purchasing of goods from suppliers.
- Maintain all relationships with existing suppliers & potential suppliers.
- Maintenance of master data sheet - accurate recording & updating of all product information.
- Inventory management & stocktake
- Demand forecasting
- Conducting research on new beauty trends and products.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Customer support
- Providing administration support to internal and external stakeholders
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to commute to the warehouse based in Dandenong VIC when required.

**Highly valued experience includes (not mandatory)**:

- E-Commerce experience in similar industry
- Experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Inventory management software experience
- Fulfilment & customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
