**What this opportunity involves**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and energetic individual to join us as our Leasing Executive.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and execute property and leasing services for one of our major clients. You will work closely with the National Retail Leasing Director to develop and implement strategies that ensure the best possible outcomes for our client.
This position is based at our client's premium office in Melbourne, with excellent accessibility to both train and tram services. We offer a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office and 2 days from home), providing an ideal work-life balance.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Negotiate on lease transactions
Secure leases and incentives for renewals, relocations, and refurbishments
Develop and implement leasing strategies with the National Retail Leasing Director
Manage lease cost codes and budgets
Liaise with Lease Administrators to ensure data accuracy
Build relationships with retail landlords and developers

**Requirements**:
Tertiary qualifications with relevant State Real Estate Licence/Sub-Agents Licence
2-3 years of relevant leasing experience, ideally in commercial and/or retail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport with stakeholders of all levels
Ability to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems
Ability to multi-task and work with competing / tight operational deadlines
Sound IT proficiency including MS Office Suite
