- The Decarbonisation and Customer Strategy (DCS) Team operates at the cutting edge of the retail energy transition for Commercial and Industrial customers. The team defines and executes market growth strategies and develops and manages emerging propositions in renewable energy, electric vehicle charging, batteries and Virtual Power Plants. The broader team also provides analytics and commercial support to deliver on the vision of being the decarbonisation partner of choice for Australian businesses.
As the C&I Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing delivery and operational capability for the development and management of emerging customer propositions for Commercial and Industrial customers.
This is a 12-month fixed term position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and documenting customer and business requirements to support the development of new or enhanced C&I energy product propositions, including mapping customer journeys and business processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver new or enhanced C&I energy product propositions.-
- Maintaining system and operational processes to onboard and manage customers through the lifecycle of products in market, including identification of continuous improvement opportunities.-
- Exploring and leading the implementation of opportunities to automate processes that support the delivery and management of C&I products.-
- Developing and maintaining reporting to provide visibility of product performance and supporting the management of the customer experience.-
- Actively promoting strong relationships with key stakeholders supporting the product delivery and operations function and preparing the monthly energy insights report for C&I customers.What you’ll bring:
A customer focused mindset with experience supporting, the implementation of new product features, customer experience and/or business process within a retail energy environment. Commercial and Industrial customer experience in a sales, service, operations or product role highly regarded.-
- Experience in defining business requirements, mapping customer journeys and business processes for new product propositions and/or customer initiatives.-
- Strong data analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyse data to provide insights and business recommendations; Intermediate MS-Excel skills (essential). Basic SQL data analysis and Power BI skills (desirable).-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to leverage the capabilities of stakeholders across diverse teams to solve complex customer and business problems.-
- Tertiary qualifications in business, information systems or related discipline, and/or SAP CRM and ISU experience (desirable).#LI-AM1, #LI-Hybrid
