**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated temporary **Receptionist **(4 days a week) to join our vibrant and enthusiastic Front of House team based in **Perth**. You will provide effective support to the Perth office including assisting both internal and external visitors effectively.

**What will I do?**
- Ensure the booking system is relevant and up to date including pool car bookings, meeting room bookings and maintaining records on Arup systems;
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventories and orders;
- Co-ordinate freight/courier/mail distribution;
- Work closely with Event’s Co-ordinator in preparing facilities and assist others with their work to ensure that deadlines are met; and
- Ensure meeting rooms are always presentable and client ready.

**What will I bring?**
- Recognised experience as a Receptionist/ Administrator or similar in a professional services environment;
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook;
- Excellent attention to detail and thrive in a team-based environment while working autonomously;
- Fantastic organisational and interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to maintain personal effectiveness particularly during periods of higher-than normal workload.
