Look no further - we have an exciting role just for you Our esteemed client, a forward-thinking not-for-profit company, is actively seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is your chance to contribute to a meaningful mission while enjoying a flexible work schedule

This role is being offered on a temporary basis, 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and is looking to start ASAP, so you must be immediately available.

**Responsibilities**

**Engage & Welcome**: Create a positive first impression by warmly welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts.

**Efficient Scheduling**: Manage appointments and meetings effectively, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

️ **Administrative Support**: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records.
