Our client is seeking a switched on person to do the Accounts for this amazing company, the company boost a few business, from Property Development to transporation and much more.

In this role you will take on the Accounts from Payable to Receiveable and much more as you embrace in this role. If you have some Settlement experience this would be an advantage.

This varied accounts, administration role is ideal for someone with high attention to detail, strong priority management and a natural ability to engage with internal stakeholders.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

- Accounts and any administration: receipting transactions, daily account reconciliations, processing transaction/cheque requests, coordinating transaction approvals, coding of transactions to client accounts and uploading of accounts payable into MYOB.
- Administration/archiving: filing, storage and retrieval of information required for the Director (confidential client documents kept in Trust).

This position is available on a full-time basis. Business hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

**About you**:
Previous accounts or financial administration experience is essential, ideally in a professional services environment. Your sense of professional responsibility and ability to provide proactive support is what will set you apart.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WEST PERTH, WA 6005: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
