What you'll do
- Own and nurture your client portfolio, building trust and becoming their go-to for financial clarity
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for SMEs
- Manage your own client portfolio with full ownership
- Handle ATO matters and complex compliance issues
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning using cloud tools
- Provide advisory support on operations, pricing, succession, and growth
- Shape internal processes as we scale
What you bring
- Minimum 5+ years in public practice with SME and family business experience
- Strong technical skills across all entity structures (companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals)
- Proven client management and ATO liaison experience
- Corporate structuring and entity setup expertise
- Budget and cashflow forecasting capabilities
- Commercial mindset: you discuss strategy, not just compliance
