**About the role**

You’ll join a close-knit team of six who will help you produce best work and develop your skills. The Governance Risk and Compliance team is responsible for ensuring effective management of the Information Technology Group’s overarching technology governance framework and its associated committees, reporting, risks, audits and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Lead - Governance & Reporting, your role will coordinate the end-to-end process of committee performance.
- Maintain the governance committees and reporting schedule in line with the Technology Governance Framework.
- Proactively coordinate administrative and procedural activities for Governance Committees to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and success, to support the Technology Governance Framework.
- Ensure actions, decisions and issues arising from the Technology Governance Framework Committees are reported to the Information Technology Group lead team, other governance forums, Executive and Board, as required.
- Assist with the implementation and use of Information Technology Group processes and artefacts to enable effective information sharing within the Technology Governance Framework.
- Support the Governance function to ensure effective, performance-based reporting across Information Technology Group.
- Administer the Governance Risk and Compliance team shared mailbox, calendar and SharePoint site.
