**_Key requirements: _**
- Prepare and coordinate meeting processes, inclusive of agendas and minutes for face to face meetings
- Facilitate the development and review of policies to support the our clients strategic direction and to comply with legislative requirements.
- Provide research, and report, and policy preparation assistance.
- Support general Governance responsibilities
- Support the oversight of the coordination and continuous improvement of activities
- Identify and develop internal processes to improve the efficiency of governance policy-related administrative processes, within the capability of the role.
- Support Governance Policy, Procedure, and general document management responsibilities

**_ Experience required:_**
- Commercial experience in an administrative role or equivalent relevant Governance and Policy Officer role.
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High-level interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A proactive disposition and a keen willingness to learn.
