External Communications Assistant

Reporting to the External Affairs lead, you will be instrumental in fine
- tuning, updating and delivering external comms speeches that meet corporate branding strategy.

We are seeking a communications specialist with exceptional writing skills, strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to demands of senior stakehiolders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Write, edit, update and re-writing of speeches, press releases, and content

Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring the production of high-quality and error-free copy.

Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various initiatives.

Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.

**Skills and experience required**:
Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field (essential).

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a communications role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Works well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines

Ideally content writing experience across a variety of social media platform

Meticulous attention to detail.

A portfolio of work available for review.
