**About the role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Assurance and Advisory division, renowned for its excellence in external audit, internal audit, and IT advisory services. You will be an integral member of our External Audit team, providing exceptional executive administration support to the divisional head and 6 other approachable and genuine partners. **Key responsibilities**
- Act as key contact for a few partners
- Diary management
- Organise travel and accommodation
- Coordinate client lunches, divisional lunches, and internal business events
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Review, format and edit complex documents
- Analyse and settle monthly credit card statement expenses
- Attend meetings, distribute agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Set up new clients in the system
- Manage contacts in AX, Outlook, and The Boss
- Scan and distribute mail
- Provide support with stationary orders and office maintenance requests
- Coordinate new starter requirements for all new employees
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as required
**Skills and experience**
- Prior experience in a similar role within professional services
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Confident communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Strong client focus and understanding of client needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to think quickly on your feet
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Well-developed administration skills including computer literacy and minute taking
