**The Role**:

To do this, you will optimise the systems, processes and resources that we need to scale our business and culture.

Reporting to the Head of People Culture and Training (as a team of two) your week will include;
- Being the first point of call for managers and people on HR matters, supporting them through the employee lifecycle (including recruitment, pay and benefits, engagement, performance management, career development and organisational change)
- Liaise with external stakeholders for the effective implementation and provision of HR services to the organisation
- Provide advice in accordance with relevant legislation, EBA's, Awards, policies and procedures
- Project and implementation support for an awesome pipeline of Culture and Training initiatives
- Facilitate resolution of employee relations and people issues including disputes, grievances, complaints, conduct, disciplinary and performance related matters management, coordinating/conducting investigations as appropriate, under the guidance of the Head of People, Culture and Training
- Administrative aspects of Workcover and Traineeships to ensure compliance and employee engagement

You may be an Advisor or Generalist looking to grow into a HRBP or Junior BP looking to hone your skills. Either way, we will value and support your HR career targets. Your strengths will include:

- 5+ years' experience working within a HR environment, with a degree in HR or Business.

- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Intermediate Word, Powerpoint, Excel skills
