**The Role**
This is a newly created position for a proactive and detailed oriented individual to join our Customer Experience Optimisation team. You will be responsible for driving customer centric strategies and play a crucial role in fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the CX Optimisation team in the design and implementation of customer centric strategies
- Build and maintain key relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer experience goals
- Leverage data and insights to streamline processes and improve customer service delivery
- Oversee staff, VIP, and priority builds from facilitating the initial sales enquiry through to handover, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience is delivered throughout the process
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

Tech-savvy and data-driven, you can effectively run, analyse, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement. Your exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills allow you to navigate challenges while fostering a positive experience for customers. Strong time management and organisational abilities ensure you handle multiple priorities effectively, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
