As a Merchandise Managerat Lucky White Goods Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in selecting, purchasing, and managing the products that our customers love. You will work closely with suppliers, evaluate market trends, and make data-driven decisions to ensure our product range stays ahead of the curve.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, source, and purchase a wide range of home appliances, ensuring product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage stock levels and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to align purchasing strategies with promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure the best product offerings for our customers.
- Monitor product performance, sales, and customer feedback to continually improve product selection.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and forecasts for management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail buying or purchasing, preferably in the home goods or appliances sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- A keen understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A passion for home appliances and consumer goods.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
