**Your role**:
As **Business Support Administrator**, you will manage all aspects of the office and general administration. You will support multiple stakeholders across a broad range of functions and roles including facilities upkeep, purchasing processes and organising site employee functions as well as a customer facing focus and general staff support responsibilities. You will therefore need relevant experience in a corporate and or professional services environment.

Note, this role is a permanent part time position with a guaranteed 20 hours per week. We offer flexibility on how you wish to complete these hours across the work week by setting your own fixed roster to fit in with the team requirements.

**Everyone Matters**:
As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role. You will also need to satisfy pre-employment drug & alcohol testing, police checks and employment screening verification.

This position reports to Amberley, Queensland, AUS, however, this position can also be worked from Springfield Central, Queensland, Queensland, AUS.
