Founded in 1992, Employment Innovations (EI) provides intuitive software and employment solutions that help Australian businesses of all sizes grow. Our HR, payroll SaaS platforms and professional services make employment easier by permanently changing the way employment is managed. This role sits within our HR Connect team, with our HR Advisors working with an array of clients predominantly over the phone to help support and provide best practice HR and workplace advice for businesses. This position would suit any HR professional looking to get exposure to the advisory side of HR.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide advice to our diverse range of clients on a broad range of IR and ER issues including Fair Work Act and modern award compliance, performance management and termination of employment
- Identify IR compliance issues to our clients, and provide guidance on best practice solutions
- Develop and participate in education tools for our clients including blogs, articles, and other content
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to navigate and understand IR issues and provide outstanding assistance to clients

**What you’ll need to succeed in the role**
- Qualifications in HR, law, business or similar fields
- Experience within a HR role
- Excellent levels of written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building quality working relationships
- A team player with tonnes of energy, enthusiasm and a strong desire to grow your role within EI
- The ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
