In this pivotal role, you will spearhead all fraud-related initiatives, develop and execute strategies for investigations and intelligence gathering, and collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Your leadership will foster a culture of transparency and vigilance, empowering team members to raise concerns and support fraud prevention efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage fraud prevention and investigation activities across GFG Alliance Australia.
- Develop relationships throughout the organisation to create a supportive environment for reporting concerns.
- Conduct and oversee investigations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Train employees on fraud detection and prevention techniques.
- Utilise advanced data analytics to identify anomalies and potential fraud activities.
- Prepare and analyse comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with external agencies, including police and government bodies, to resolve cases.

**About your experience**:

- Experience in a fraud prevention role, particularly in conducting interviews and managing evidential material.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements surrounding fraud investigations.
- Proven experience in managing complex fraud investigations and intelligence operations.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- High-level decision-making capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Expertise in conducting interviews and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to think critically and strategically to develop long-term fraud prevention plans.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Resilience in handling complex cases and working under pressure.
