**About the Role**
This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation and ongoing improvement to enterprise-wide conduct and integrity matters. This includes fraud and corruption control, prevention, detection, and investigations; reporting of wrongdoing matters; public interest disclosure matters; and conduct risk reviews.
This opportunity will lead a team to ensure conduct and integrity matters are identified, assessed, investigated, and managed appropriately and in a timely and high-quality manner. Building strong stakeholder relationships, you will support an environment that detects and prevents fraud and corruption and promotes the highest level of integrity.

**Duties**
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same and this role will encompass a wide range of activities; the key areas of responsibility will entrust you to:
- Drive the evolution of icare’s enterprise loss and fraud management frameworks.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and ownership of risk across the enterprise.
- Manage reviews including fact-find and investigations on icare conduct and integrity related matters to ensure that they are delivered on time and support the technical objectives that icare has set out.
- Provide guidance and support to icare around management and escalation of conduct and integrity issues, accounting for applicable legislation, processes and procedures.
- Contribute to building a risk based annual audit plan by considering conduct and integrity related matters, including fraud and corruption.
- Contribute to planning of individual audits and review from fraud / corruption perspective.
- Participate in the management of the Speak Up hotline and mailbox, as appropriate.
- Manage Public Interest Disclosures in line with NSW legislation and requirements of the NSW Ombudsman.
- Work with key stakeholders, including NSW Police, the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), as appropriate.
**Skills & Experience**
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Certificate IV in Government Investigations).
- Significant experience managing fraud, anti-bribery and corruption matters.
- Strong background in undertaking complex investigations and working in a highly regulated environment.
- Recent experience leading and managing conduct and integrity teams in the financial services or government sector.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership skills.
- Resilient, results-oriented and driven to achieve successful organisational outcomes.
