As a Digital Operations Advisor and as a critical support role, you have a can-do attitude. You’ll thrive on collecting and compiling information, supporting and managing critical processes whilst ensuring deadlines are met all with a high level of accuracy. In addition, you will be responsible for actively managing the day-to-day tasks of a small team. You will have a history and a passion for coaching and developing others that creates a culture of learning, drives continuous improvement and drives great teamwork.

You’ll be supporting the operations of a team working on game-changing products and services that millions of people use every day. At the front face of digital transformation in government, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with our world-class, innovative product teams.

**Your day-to-day**

Responsibilities will include:
- Coaching,training and mentoring Direct report/s and / or other Product Coordinators across Digital Services-
- Budget and HR reporting: Maintain, review and report any anomalies to Director of portfolio-
- Preparing and writing complex reports, executive summaries, briefing notes and presentations-
- Provide a range of administrative and project support services including routine procurement activities, records management, database maintenance, and recruitment and onboarding activities-
- Lead and inspire a small team to improve productivity and overcome roadblocks whilst managing and monitoring day-to-day tasks ensuring deadlines are met-
- Identifying, driving, and delivering continuous improvement of processes**On your first day you’ll have**- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines within scheduled timeframes-
- High level attention to detail and sound customer service experience-
- High level written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated experience in preparing and writing complex reports, executive summaries, project updates, briefs and preparing and presenting presentations-
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes or the willingness to learn-
- Proven negotiation, consultation and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve objectives**We can’t wait to meet you**
