About the Program

The Digital Solutions Program is a Government - Funded program that helps small businesses harness digital tools, marketing strategies, and technology to start, grow, and thrive in today's competitive market. Realise Business is the lead delivery partner for NSW and ACT. Our advisors work directly with business owners (0-19 FTE) to provide practical, actionable support that drives measurable outcomes.

We're looking for dynamic and forward-thinking advisors who bring fresh energy, have broad small business knowledge, and a strong digital skill set. This role combines hands-on advising with proactive community engagement to bring new participants into the program.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Coaching

  • Deliver one-on-one and group advisory sessions focused on digital strategy, marketing, eCommerce, automation, social media, cybersecurity, and online business tools.
  • Provide tailored, actionable recommendations to meet each client's business needs and digital maturity.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure advice is current and relevant.

Client Acquisition & Program Growth

  • Proactively promote the program through networking, partnerships, events, community engagement, and social media.
  • Meet KPIs for attracting and onboarding new businesses into the program, as well as hours delivered.
  • Achieve high NPS scores on delivery of sessions.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and convert potential participants.

Program Delivery & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records, action plans, and progress tracking in the program's CRM.
  • Contribute to workshops, webinars, and digital resources as required.
  • Report on client outcomes, KPIs, and engagement activities.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience advising small businesses in digital transformation, marketing, cyber security or technology adoption.
  • Strong all-round business acumen with the ability to adapt advice to different industries and business sizes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and online.
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPI targets, particularly in client acquisition and program growth.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, online collaboration tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Desirable

  • Existing small business, small business focused networks and community presence.
  • Experience in adult education, facilitation, or mentoring.
  • Knowledge of government-funded programs and reporting requirements.

You're just as comfortable leading a workshop as you are at a local networking breakfast - and you're driven by results. Preference will be given to Advisors located in NSW or ACT to align with program delivery regions.
