- Liaise with Customers and Strata Companies
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Contract management with customers and suppliers (documentation, negotiation)
- Establish and maintain contract summary for each project
- Work closely with the Director across all projects
- Organise meetings between internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and produce high-quality documentation and presentations as required
- The interpretation of all contract documents, plans and legislation.
- Adhoc duties

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
