This newly created role will provide regional infield product expertise, supporting the retail dealership sales force with on-boarding and off-boarding supplier systems. This customer and dealer facing role requires close collaboration with the Product Management and Regional Management teams to ensure seamless product support.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with the Product Manager - Field Technology to assess product specifications, ensuring we have the right technology at the right time and price point to meet customer demand.
- Providing training and support to the dealer network, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to promote and support our product range effectively.
- Ensuring that products and specifications align with market needs and industry trends.
- Offering sales support, product demonstrations and attending key events.
- Assisting with product delivery and start up as required.
- Staying updated on competitor activity including technical advancements.

**Skills and experience required**:

- A keen interest in technology and precision farming, with a passion for innovation.
- An expert knowledge of CLAAS harvesting products and a strong understanding of local, national and international market challenges and conditions.
- A natural in front of suppliers and customers you know how to negotiate, manage expectations and collaborate while take pride in gearing up farmers for success.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects at any given time with a disciplined approach to planning, reporting and delivering work.
- A team player who fronts up and likes to keep growing.
- A natural curiosity for farming technology, with a passion for researching what’s new.
