**Service Planning and Implementation Lead**

**About the Role**

Silverchain is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of key service agreements. This exciting full-time hybrid role is based in Osborne Park, requiring two office days per week and attendance at ad hoc meetings/events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and rollout of new service offerings and agreements.
- Collaborate with funders and stakeholders to define opportunities and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Negotiate sustainable, financially viable service agreements.
- Oversee service implementation, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage transitions of expiring agreements and integration of new ones.
- Provide regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.

**About You**

Essential:

- Relevant qualification and experience in contract, risk, or business disciplines.
- Proven track record in negotiating and implementing complex agreements.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and KPI development.
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, or similar sectors.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of funding models and sustainability in not-for-profits.
- Familiarity with performance measurement and management.
