**About the role**

Reporting into the Manager Strategic Planning you will be responsible for development of an enterprise multicommodity strategic model in conjunction with the manager and wider team.
- Implement and develop continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance and efficiencies
- Effectively interpret and communicate scenarios and results plans between various site and Perth based teams across required levels in organisation
- Bespoke commodity enterprise models will be designed to guide and enhance operations planning horizons
- Input generation - liaison with key stakeholders to obtain key model inputs - operations, mine planning, corporate and business development, geology and exploration, project development (studies), metallurgy, marketing, approval teams, hydrogeology, studies teams, finance, treasury & mine closure

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Tertiary Qualification relevant to field
- Experience with mine planning software such as Minemax, VULCAN, ATS/XPAC, Whittle
- Previous experience in strategic or life of mine planning
- Exposure to iron ore and/or lithium advantageous but not essential
