**About the role**

On the back of the businesses continual growth, we are looking for a Fleet Management Specialist (FMS) to join our Mine Planning Team, in a newly created role, located at our brand-new, world-class office space in Osborne Park.

Reporting into the Principal Planning Services, you will provide leadership and technical guidance regarding the day-to-day operation of the communication network on site in a role driven by your technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skillset.

**What we’re after**
- Maintaining and monitoring critical hardware infrastructure supporting FMS
- Monitoring health of the FMS
- Real time data & system management requirements
- Identifying system requirements for enhanced and optimised FMS network
- Update procedural aspects to continuously improve FMS safety performance & optimisation
- Effective engagement with vendors enabling timely FMS problem solving and fault rectification

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Cert 3 in Telecommunications, Certificate in Electronics or equivalent
- Current WA Driver’s License - C Class
- Previous experience in a similar role, with proven ability to manage complex and dynamic working situations related to wireless networks
- Proven production mining experience is desired
- Extensive FMS knowledge and collaborative team player
