Overview:
**About the Role**:
Our Client Services team is looking for a Client Manager to service business accounts and clients within our Workers Compensation business division. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering growth revenue targets and will be highly engaged with existing and potential clients, ensuring the heart of everything we do.

This will involve working closely with the operational arm of the business, as well as the sales team, and will have a relentless appetite for cross selling opportunities to grow our existing client’s revenue (and in turn GB’s).

Through joined up business planning processes, you will build fantastic relationships and mutual growth strategies with our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing day to day relationships with clients and providing troubleshooting support
- Assisting clients with their performance outcomes
- Focussing on proactive relationship management by establishing and implementing service plans, analysing industry and client trends and proactively tailoring services to meet clients requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal business stakeholders who support the delivery of service to clients
- Participating in and leading claims reviews, ensuring all key parties involved are prepared, and to manage the relationship between the client and GB to keep the meetings focused
- Analysing the trends in claims, cost of claims and conduct analyses into the root causes of claims and using this data to help clients improve (e.g. pre-employment checks, drug testing, safety checks, investigations) and implementing new processes and procedure to manage risks.
- Educating clients on compliant claims management in line with industry codes, jurisdictions, legislation and/or Code of Practice.
- Communicating with clients about risks to their business, whilst providing strategic solutions to improve client performance.
- Managing conflict between multiple parties (e.g. operations, client, experts, third parties).

Qualifications:
**We’re looking for an engaging Client Relationship expert who also has**:

- Previous experience within a client relationship management position, or a position in which you have has strong relationship building experience
- Ideally, knowledge of the insurance/ workers compensation industry, claims or broker management practices or demonstrated experience as a Client Manager
- Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Conflict Management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and Salesforce experience desirable
