Through leveraging their own news networks and online data bases, they are able to service their clients across multiple countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong.

Off the back of recent successes, they are now looking for a Client
**Manager **role to join in a newly created role. The role will be taking care of clients onboarded onto their platform and building long-term relationship with clients to maintain retention. You will support and grow the existing client base by ensuring there are regular contact with clients as well as negotiation and renewal of contracts. You will work closely with the ANZ Revenue Head as well as the Group Head of Clients, Head of Client Services and Client Management team members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage assigned clients to ensure maximum client retention rates
- Execute an effective onboarding programme for new clients where needed.
- Identify customers’ needs and wants and ensure clients are aware of features and functionality of product
- Build long-term relationships with key clients to build and maintain existing accounts
- Travel locally and nationally to meet potential and existing clients
- Stay on top of the latest industry trends
- Pass leads to the sales and marketing team
- Maintain the company CRM
- 2 - 3 years of experience in client services roles
- Background in media or public relations & communications
- Contract negotiations and renewal skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
