The Redpath Group is a leading international mining contractor with projects throughout Australia and across the globe.

We specialise in the shaft sinking, mine development, contract mining, raiseboring, underground construction, coal mining, engineering & technical services and specialty services to the underground industry.

**About the Project**

We are seeking experienced **Jumbo Operators** for roles at our African Underground Projects in South Africa and Botswana. We are seeking people that are passionate about sharing their skills and knowledge of Australian Mining methods and processes to transfer to the local workforce as part of an Integrated Operating Team with the Mine Owner.

**Key Requirements**- Offshore experience will be highly regarded
- 5+ years underground hard rock mining experience operating Sandvik Jumbos
- Experience operating DD421/422i drills
- Ability and willingness to transfer/mentor their skills & knowledge to local African personnel
- All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licenses
- Adherence to all company safety standards, policies and procedures
- A valid International Manual Driver's Licence, or the ability to obtain one
- A valid Australian Federal Police Check (within 6 months)
- A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto **Consider it done — safely.**
