**What will you be doing?**
The Operations Officer is responsible for the customer administration and day-to-day execution of financial operations tasks for Oz Lotteries.

The Operations Officer ensures efficient, accurate, and timely processing of various financial, operational and administrative tasks. This role involves preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports, managing customer withdrawals and refund processing, and conducting financial reconciliations.

**As an Operations Officer, you will**:

- Daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks, including: Financial reporting and reconciliations, Customer payment management, including support for the day-to-day operations of financial accounts, and operational banking processes.
- Ensure process documentation is created and maintained for all operational procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements
- Provide day-to-day operational support to agents within the Pacific Lottery Network

**We're looking for an Operations Officer who**:

- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience with financial business processes.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement
- Ability to work independently autonomously

**Salary**: $75,000 - $85,000 p/a depending on experience
