**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes for NDIS participants.
- Manage and monitor staff performance and provide support and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and relevant legislation.
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle any operational challenges or issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in managing budgets and performance metrics.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service to NDIS participants.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability care, healthcare, or management is a plus.

Pay: $89,692.66 - $167,716.86 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
