As we continue to grow and expand our influence in Australia, we're on the lookout for a **Operations Specialist** to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
- Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff
- Communicate and coordinate with employees (including executive operations team) and vendors
- Maintain meticulous records of store activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyse store performance metrics, providing ongoing support and guidance to store teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Regularly review and update operational policies to reflect changes in the business environment.
- Handle emergency situations effectively, minimising disruption to store activities.
- Conduct training sessions for store staff on new systems, processes, and policies.
- Allow the clear communication between the store and headquarters with various type of documents and tools.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the store team, addressing any operational challenges and facilitating continuous improvement.
- Coordinate inventory acquisition and ensure timely delivery of products to be stocked for the grand opening.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and advertising campaigns to generate excitement for the retail stores.
- Conduct regular store visits, ensuring all operational and merchandising standards are being upheld
- Conduct audits of VMD (visual merchandise delivery), to ensure all products and presented in the correct Visual Merchandising Standards.
- Perform comprehensive store audits, delivering detailed reports with actionable feedback and establishing clear deadlines for task completion.

**New store openings**:

- Serve as the project manager for new store openings, ensuring all aspects of the opening process are aligned and on schedule.
- Develop a detailed project plan outlining timelines, milestones, and responsibilities for the store opening.
- Oversee the setup of the store layout, including shelving, signage, and displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services required for the store opening.
- Organise and execute a grand opening event, including logistics, promotions and any special activities to attract customers.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
