This is a newly created role sitting within a wider People & Culture function where you will collaborate with COE's to deliver the people and culture agenda. The purpose of the role is to provide HR strategic advice and to drive business objectives through HR interventions to support the organisation's strategic goals.

This is a generalist HR Partnering role where you will leverage COE's to enhance HR services and will be responicible for the below:

- Manage employee relations including complex case management in conjunction with the ER specialists;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence and partner with effectively
- Develop leadership capability through ongoing coaching and use of HR initiatives;
- Collaborate with the P&C team to drive strategies and initiatives aligned with the HR agenda

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated HR professional that possesses the below skills and experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline;
- Extensive HR experience including proven experience as a HR Business Partner;
- Experience in partnering with a diverse workforce, ideally unionised but not essential;
- Excellent stakeholder management skillset, with the ability to influence others with credibility
- Highly developed organisational, planning and problem solving skills, including a proven ability to support/co-ordinate projects.
