**Opportunity**

**Role**
Reporting to the PX Operations Manager, you'll work in a team to administer people processes, systems and information, and provide first-line HR Admin support to the business.

**Duties**
- Annual background checks and childcare audits
- Enter and manage accurate people data - contractor and position descriptions, on-boarding, promotions and transfers, higher duties, relocation letters, termination letters, off-boarding
- Undertake data reconciliations and audits
- Provide advice on people policies, processes and systems
- Educate and support the PX team in HR systems, identify areas for improvement
- Ensure systems provide a great employee experience across the full lifecycle
- Reporting to the business

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (HR)
- Demonstrated background in HR Administration
- HR Systems and excellent data management and reporting
- High degree of attention to detail, pro-activity, ability to identify areas for improvement
- Ability to engage with PX Team and Senior Management and stakeholders - internal and external suppliers
- Passion for People Experience
- Ability to roll with change and adaptability, willingness to dive in and add value where opportunities arise
