**THE OPPORTUNITY...**

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated **Learning Advisor **to join our dynamic and passionate People Experience (PX) Team

Reporting to the Capability and Culture Manager, you will use your curiosity to design and implement Learning experiences from concept to support DECJUBA’s customer facing & operational teams. You will be responsible for initiating, coordinating, and contributing to the capability development of DECJUBA’s team members. You will work with stakeholders and in cross functional project groups to understand and clarify learning needs, build learning experiences, and measure the impact of those learning experiences.

You will support to translate strategy and process into innovative learning outcomes, delivering materials, tools, and resources to support facilitated and digital delivery methods.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...**
- Leading, designing, and developing L&D initiatives, and enabling training processes and programs to ensure the engagement and retention of our team.
- Creating media and videos to support learning, along with the adaptation of current instructional materials.
- Manage technical training activities for our retail store teams and create new courses on our online learning platform as required.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in developing fit for purpose training programs, including the creation of digital training manuals, materials, and learning assessments.
- Building strong relationships with the Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure that new training is relevant, creative, engaging, and fun.
- Contribute to projects and seek ways to improve recruitment, onboarding, and training experience within DECJUBA.
- End-to-end management and development of our LMS system.
- Working with national external providers as required to ensure effective scheduling and coordination of workshops.

**OUR NEXT LEARNING ADVISOR**
- At least 5 years’ experience in Learning & Instructional Design or similar.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SCORM, Articulate 360, graphic editing software, storyboarding, video editing and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience developing courses in LMS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
